I disagree, as usual.

Why CDF? Why must you be 3000 miles away?
Necuratul said:New Jersey has TRUE METUHL like Attacker and Deadly Blessing. I would take these two old 80s bands over the entire Brutal Death genre. Old School DM > Brutal Death invariably.

Yea, I would attend this if I lived in CA, but I could tell with that many bands all in the same genre it would get boring quick, that's why I hate fests that are dedicated to own set sub-genre of metal.
VelociBrad said:Well obviously old school DM is better than brutal. I wouldn't dispute that. Sad to see you guys can't handle brutal DM though.
Necuratul said:It's not a matter of "handling" Brutal Death Metal. It's not like I feel exhausted and overwhelmed by it. In fact, I find it boring. I can "handle" it, if by that you mean withstand the intensity. However, if you mean in terms of boredom, I guess you'd be right; I can't handle the boredom that ensues when I listen to it.

CAIRATH said:I think it's sad to see people actually pay for this generic nonsense. I bet if you had to listen to 10 songs by any of the bands on that list without being told what you are listening to you wouldn't even be able to tell which song belonged to which.
