First one when it started reminded me of Johnny Cash, then turned into something from a Western. Lyrics could use a bit of work however. For what it was, it was pretty good. I'm glad you didn't do what every other turd who likes metal does and try to force yourself into making metal when your talent clearly suites a different genre 
Solo sounded a bit sloppy too but on an off night that is forgivable.

Second reminded me of like, a cheesy powermetal acoustic ballad meets Tenacious D I think you are right you would be better in a band. The chorus was catchy though, so good job with that. Lyrics were much better on this one!

3rd vid has a Nevermore/Into Eternity/Folk quality to it, the 4th is very Dave Mathews/Folk. Lyrics are a lot better though. I think you need to start a band, like Neil Diamond style.

As far as your band goes, the quality is too bad for me to judge I can't really heard the vocals but the music sounds good. If you got anything recorded I'll take a closer listen I listened form like 2-7 mins and I liked but again, shit quality.
