Avatar help!

Ok...I've got 21 posts, a 100X100 pxl Icon .gif file...

What's the problem?

i am not sure....try to make the .gif a jpeg....i dont know...it took me alot of fooling around with it,,,but i finally got it,,,but i wish mine could be better,,,,idoesnt look like i want it

Yeah try to make it jpeg. Then go to: profile, edit profile, change avatar....

i know what's the problem
i've had it myself...

first go to profile
then go to EDIT OPTIONS, not profile
then click on change profile

now there are some avatars you can choose from
and down the page you need to click on YES
to choose your own avatar
now click on browse and find the image

NOW the confusing thing happends

when you select image
your YES selection disappers
and you need to click YES again
now it will work

that will be confusing!

note the image has to be under 7kb... which also gave me shit while designing mine, so now it looks nothing like I originally wanted it to...
