Now we all know there are some videos who offer an alternative "high quality version"-link, however not all videos display this link.
There is though a way to trigger this mode for every video, you just have to attach the following parameter to the URL address, e.g.:
youtube.com?watch=[YOUTUBE VIDEO ID]&fmt=18
The &fmt=18 part tells the server that you want to see the high quality version of the video. In rare cases the quality isn't really better but most of the time it is, the sound stays mono but the video quality is really better, especially with music videos and such.
