Ok, it's probably just me, but does anyone else think that a part of the song from 1:47 to 1:57..
sounds a bit like a part of the main "Twin Peaks" theme? I used to be a huge fan of TP and now every time
I hear that song.. it reminds me of that?

It's not just you, the Twin Peaks sound track (in addition to other collaborations between David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti, such as Mulholland Drive sound track, etc..) is an influence on Daylight Dies, and I guess it shows pretty easily there on Back in the World.. Good ears.

If my memory serves me correctly...
Daylight Dies used to cover the Laura Palmer's Theme from Twin Peaks back in the day. As a matter of fact, I was witness to it on more than one occasion and it rokked! They need to bring that song back!

It's true we've secretly inserted our own rendition of Laura Palmer's theme from Tweak Peaks into some sets.. haven't done it for a long time tho.. maybe we'll do it again in the future, as a special treat live or something.
