Apparently a couple of kids had committed scuicide while listening to these groups songs (One was Scuicide Solution by Ozzy. Can't remember offhand which Priest song it was) and the parents suid the bands claiming that backward messages prompted their kids to kill themselves.

The Priest song was "Better By You, Better Than Me" off of the Stained Class album.

pretty sure the backwards messages are there as a tribute to zeppelin...didn't mike mention this in an interview as well?

and anyway, if they were related to the subject matter, like the OMG CONSPIRACY people seem to believe...why would mike make them simple backwards messages? it's not hard to reverse a segment of audio, and mike knows that.
