Band Sponsorship

How does one go about sponsoring a band? Also, what does a sponsorship involve? Just curious...

It depends on the circumstances and if you represent a business or not. I am assuming you are referring to the private individuals that sponsor bands. Private sponsors submit a list of bands they are willing to put cash into prior to the roster being released. If one of the bands on their list matches my list, then the sponsorship is agreed upon.
