Lilitu! I got the album Memorial the other day... and it is FANTASTIC. I mean.. wow, melancholic melodic death/doom. The song you MUST find at least is Autumn Leaves... shit i haven't heard a song that good in a while.

I'm glad Bumblefoot got the joke. Anyhow, I downloaded like everything these guys ever did while audiogalaxy was still up (God, I miss it). My first post, I misread, and I thought you were talking about some band called "Memorial," whom I've never heard of.
Lilitu, I know very well. Their last release didn't have the production values of their new one, but the music was a bit more emotional, and powerful, IMO. Good luck finding it, though.

Yes, Lilitu is an excellent band and I hope they get signed soon so they can tour.
I bought "Memorial" from one of the members on eBay a while back before the UM store started selling it, and it's an excellent album. The whole album impresses me with each listen. I am glad ruinandmisery "spammed" here as I probably wouldn't have heard them. It is hard to believe these guys are from Georgia...I need to go to Atlanta sometime and see them. Everyone should definitely give them a shot. If you like Opeth, chances are you will love this album. Try to find some mp3s before you buy it, but if you can't buy it anyway. You won't be disappointed.
