Basically....Zeppelin rules

I'm in there with you and Trans-Siberian Outcast, they don't do anything for me. I respect them and all but I just don't see/hear the big deal. Page's electric guitar playing is so sloppy that I can't listen to him, his acoustic stuff is alright though. The only thing that impresees me about Lee Zep is Bonham... he is just flat out amazing on drums!!

You know what they say... "Great minds think alike" :D

Oh yeah? What's the story?

It was some interview I read recently, though I'm sorry I can't remember where. Anyway, he wasn't angry or anything, he just said that they talked, vaguely, about a reunion when the DVD was being put together. Basically, according to him, they all had some interest, but not enough to really go down that road. He then when on to say that that was basically their last best chance, and that he thought now that it would never happen, and more that he personally had no desire for it. Again, it wasn't negative, but just a kind of, "let the past be the past," thing. I'm paraphrasing there.

You never know, of course, but such definitive statements tend to be the status quo for at least a few years after they are said, and they are all getting up there in age. A reunion in, say, 5 years might not even really be worth seeing. No offense to any of 'em. I'd put money down now, for my part, that there will never be a Led Zeppelin reunion, which is fine. The absolute truth is that I would have prefered to see them in their hey day. Now, I'd pay pretty large dollars to see them now, but I'm just sayin'....
