Bass Distortion

We have been using GuitarRig in DP5 for adding a little bit of extra gain to my bass tracks on the new cd. Most of the distorted presets are lacking any kind of insight into good tone, and just aim for distorting everything out. If you are willing to spend some time with it, you can get amazing tone out of it. The SVT simulation is a great feature to use, as it sounds almost as good as my head.

Yeah, the presets really weren't doing the trick, I spent a long time trying to get a good tone for sure. The SVT sim is really cool though
