The Jaco Pastorius one is very interesting but not very good for metal (he did demonstrate how he picked harmonics on the bass, string skipping with finger playing...).

Victor Wooten, John Myung, Dave LaRue, Larry Graham, and John Patitucci have great bass lesson videos...they aren't even metal lesson vids, but it's not like you can't apply that style to metal. I wish there was something along the lines of a Sean Malone lesson vid.
