When I left the after-party for a few mins and ran outside, my girlfriend was talking to Henkka and Rob from Necronomicon (check his band out!!) and she told me Henkka said something like:

"It's stupid how people who have endorsements waste the stuff, like I know people who change bass strings after every show... me I usually change them every three shows to keep them fresh you know.."

So yeh, to all you people who play bass and think the strings need to be changed so often, or have endorsements and are doing that sorta shit, STOP WASTING SO MUCH

If you have the discipline, you can teach yourself just by reading sites and learning tabs from sites, it sounds easy, and it is if you have the time and patience. Some people tend to think that just by going to a teacher, you learn the instrument, but the fact is, that if you dont have the discipline or the will to learn the instrument, you wont.

well u can start off with some easy stuff like:

Seek and Destroy - Metallica
Walk - Pantera

and u can also practise riffs like:

very easy beginin of 'Cazy Train - Ozzy'
and a bit harder 'Rain - Trivium'
