I was under the impression that for 3D to work you have to make the whole movie with that double camere setup thing. Are they just going to magically convert those old movies into 3D?

It doesn't surprise me that he would do episodes I-III in 3D to distract us even more from the extremely awful story that makes no sense anyways, but the original trilogy should not be touched at all anymore.

Yeah, I'd rather see a new trilogy no matter how shitty it is than 3D re-re-releases...
Not trying to sound like an underdog here but if people weren't around to find out about the movies back when they were released (or the special editions for that matter) than who cares? Don't push it Lucas and try something new/creative instead! I mean nobody forces movies from the 30s on our generation either...
