For every slab of Broo purchased via their website today, they are giving away 10 shares as they are about to become a publically listed company. This would appeal to me more if A) I liked Broo, and B) Broo wasn't $55 a slab. Still, interesting idea. Be great if you had a business or something to hock them off through.

Its ok, but it isn't worth more than $40 odd, and I personally don't even like it enough to pay that. Still, it is pretty popular at work so they must be doing something right.

Coopers Sparkling is now $53, and saw 30 pack VB cans for $52 this morning.

I can still get XXXX for $35-$40 around here, so that's what I drink, never heard of Broo before

Hah we have Broo at work for $47. They suck.

Boags Draught and Tooheys Extra Dry both for $32 odd at the moment. Won't find a much better deal than that.

I was really keen on the idea - pre-registered and everything.
When the prospectus was finally released, I lost all interest.. I don't really want to spend $50 on a slab of something I never tasted or even seen instore (when the 'shares' are effectively worthless).

One of the nicest Aussie beers I've ever tried was a lucky dip I picked up for Australia Day. Mildura Brewery "Mallee Bull" Heavy.
I'll definitely be making more frequent trips to Dan Murphy's to try out the other Mildura Brewery beers.

I went to that brewery when I was up there in November. They have some nice beers indeed.
