I didn't know that Behemoth wear corpse paint. I thought just black metal bands wear corpse paint.
well, the pictures don't lie. i don't think wearing corpse paint hinders their performance at all either, so i don't mind it.

Of course wearing corpse paint wouldn't hinder their performance. I just find it odd that they wear corpse paint when they're death metal and don't sound anything like a typical corpse paint wearing black metal band.
of course not. but i don't understand why the paint needs to be exclusive only to BM.

It does not need to but you have to admit, it is mostly the "privilage" of BM bands I myself don't care about it until the music is good.

i think i'd call it a "characteristic" of BM bands. they certainly were not the pioneers of paint use though, but you're right, it's the music that counts.
