What do they think about eating meat medium rare in serbia?

I've noticed that people don't really say how they want their meat cooked here, and I don't think they frown on such things per se, just that it's not something they think about. I guess they just trust the chef or whatever, but now that I think about it, no one asks how you want for meat cooked and it's definitely a non-issue. But if that's your thing, you can request it I'm sure.

What do they cook it to usually? I'd default to medium or medium well, depends on the meat.

yeah, most everything is well done.

eh, I GUESS I can live with it. M-well is best, as it preserves some juices and is cooked to what most will agree is safe.
