Berhinger eurodesk mx9000

Hey guys ive gone threw numerous boards but im renivating my studio and have some cash right now im using a mackie vlz pro 32 in but teh outs are digusting its a great live board but just wondering if anybody knows of teh mx 9000 i wont be using teh pres so that a bonus for teh size, out puts and inputs cant got wrong for 1000$?

a very talented friend of mine who is a great engineer had a setup a while back that was a mx9000 into and alesis xt harddisk sytem with no external pres. that recording sounded great. hes been engineering since the 70s. for me its proof that you can make a great sounding record on just about any gear if you have the recording chops.
