...what else do you listen to? I, for one, am a big fan of indie rock. I enjoy bands like Mogwai, The Arcade Fire, Sigur Ros, Franz Ferdinand, The Futureheads, The Flaming Lips, At The Drive-In, and the Mars Volta. There's more, but those are just my main choices. Feel free to list your own non-metallic loves here.

hmmm, whatever you would Classify Trashlight Viosion as i listen to that sort of thing, rock, some rap, alot of 80's stuff, really anything, even a little country here and there

i would have to say punk, but not them new, fag "punk" bands, i dont even know how they call their music punk...
i enjoy bands like mojiganga, rancid, nofx...

A lot of things.. I'm a music passionate & sound engineer, then I love listening to many kind of music.. I listen as much electronical (Trip-Hop & House) than metal, stuff life Lamb, Silent Poets, Daft Punk, A Forest Mighty Black, Boards of Canada, Archive, Mandalay, Ellen Allien.. I listen to flamenco, jazz and guitar instrumentals a lot, one of my favorite musician ever is John Butler, I like Paco de Lucia's work too anyway.. Classical music is something not to miss, even if I can understand than it can be boring for some.. Pop/Rock music is cool too sometimes, like KT Tunstall, Muse, Placebo, Vertical Horizon, that kind of things you can hear on well-known radio stations.. I'm a hudge Porcupine Tree fan, and in general of leader Steven Wilson's works, he's such a musical genius.. Rap often sucks, excepted the old ones, oriental music is sometimes cool, dance and power metal suck sooooo much, and I can't make any difference between R'N'B singers. Well I guess that's all, in general case I listen to music all the time, in a way or another, and not always metal.

Well bwhen I was a kid I liked kiddies music and christmas music. It wasn't until I was 12 when I got into Pop music which was good at the time(blur, oasis, ocean color scene) but the first album I ever bought was Nirvana "Nevermind" in october 1995 and in summer of 1996 I got into Metallica from Music channels which used to play songs off reload.

I like Beethoven the most because his music has much more force in it. My favorite composers tend to be the ones that are heavier on the brass and horns sections, more so than string composers like Mozart.

Were you a fan of Grosvener Mitchell?
