Besides metal...

Were you a fan of Grosvener Mitchell?

I've never heard of him. I never delved really deep in classical music. I mostly just listened to the "mainstream" composers. Dvorak and Bach I also like, the latter especially for this organ composition he made that really inspired me. If I ever form a band, I'll be sure to include heavy organ music in it.

I listen to soundtracks alot and some folk every now and then. But folk is much more fun combined with metal

Hell yeah, I like all the ones you've mentioned so far. But I tend to listen to more modern composers like Nobuo Uematsu.

Same here. Next to John Williams, he is my all-time favorite composer. The music he's made for the FF series is amazing. I thought FFIX's music was especially good, it made up for the somewhat bland collection from FFVIII.

I listen to disco, electro, techno in parties. I enjoy listening to jazz and classic (music of other countries too, like africa and india). I like old rock like Guns n Roses, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, REM, Van Halen, The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Beegees, Moody Blues. I like Muse and I can listen to pop like Natasha Bedingfield and Nelly Furtado.
