Good to see that there are so many fans of the TRUE Anthrax sound still left! One stop by the Anthrax forum and you'd think John Bush is the 2nd coming!

'Spreading...', 'Among...', and 'State...' form one of my favorite 3-album runs of ALL time.

I liked Anthrax back in the 80's, but Joey's vocals were always the weak link to me, and so they'd maybe make my top ten back then and that was it. John's vocals fit so perfectly with the metal they play, ever since he took over they are easily my favorite band.

So my favorite three Anthrax albums also coincide with what I consider to be the best 3 albums of the 90's, period:
