Best bass boosters for casual listening

Dunno if there are threads about this already made...

Let's say I want to hear David Guetta-Turn me on, but my headphones lack of that boom boom sound. What player or plugin would you recommend for that kind bass boost I want? For Windows and android.
I have the ATH-M50, tried them with my brother's phone and he had the bass booster engaged and sounded a million times better listening to EDM. I wouldn't bass boost styles like metal, though.
So yeah...looking for the best in your opinion.

Pretty sure Windows sound properties has some stuff like that and Windows Media Player has a graphic EQ.

Well, pretty much, yes. Just boost them lows, brah. But don't destroy your speakers.
