I fucking LOVE the covers to both of Summoning's 2 latest discs - "Stronghold" and "Let Mortal Heroes..."

They're just cool.

I agree. I finally realized just how cool the Summoning logo is (It's three-dimensional). They are the anti-Blind Guardian (well, sorta)

Where Dead Angels Lie is also very nice. But but pretty much everything by Kristian Whalin is spectacular.

I think "In the..." by Emperor is great too, but I also like their "Anthems..." cover. Dark Funeral's "Secrets of the black arts" is probably the best black metal cover I can come up with and the best I've seen from Necrolord as well!
Burzum's "Filosofem" and "Hvis lyset tar oss" are also pretty good!
I posted some artwork I liked a while back when we discussed cover art.
