Im currently listening alot to Hypocrisy. So they get my vote.

I'm glad you put Opeth here, as they're the only "deathmetal" band that I like. I wouldn't really call them death metal though, as the growls is the only thing that really has anything to do with death IMO! There's none of the other's that I can say that I truly like. Hypocrisy has done one of the best death songs IMO, "Roswell 47". Death has also done some nice stuff, like the "Symbolic" lp and the opening riff on "Flesh and the power it holds" is one of the best riffs I've heard in death metal!!
