i remember renting the VHS and it wasn't what i expected. then after lord of the rings movies hit, found out it was the same dude. i didn't much care for the lord of the rings stuff; watched the first one and that was it.

I was very impressed with that movie when i was a kid, and watched it again (it's called "brain dead" in France by the way) recently and loved it.
It's fun to show it to people who know Lord Of The Rings and then tell them it's from the same director
