Best mindfuck movie of all time

Heya! And good one, Jacob's Ladder fits in perfectly!

Edit: The Machinist and Atonement should also be in here.

Everyone above gave pretty much most of what I would have write myself, but I will add:
Donnie Darko which *I loved*
Angel Heart,
A Clockwork Orange,
Memento,
and the (Canadian!) The Cube

I cannot wait to see Inception!

That was the last one film - for all the garage punkers out there, but I have a hundreds incase anyone is looking for any as a list.

Ton's of shit comes to mind... Fight Club can definitely be up there in the list. Gotta hand some love to Primer, granted I know a lot of people really didn't like it. Fuck them. Same with Vanilla Sky. Jacob's Ladder (Tim Robbins best movie still). The Shining was also a pretty good mindfuck. Along with A Clockwork Orange and 2001... Kubrick was a great mind-fucker. Then there's stuff like Cube, Total Recall, Twelve Monkeys, The Matrix (ignoring the fact there sequels may or may not have been made), and Dark City.

Mind fucks, fuck yeah.

Some of my favorites have already been mentioned - "Memento", "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" and "Jacobs Ladder". Another one that I remember is "Naked Lunch"....that was beyond weird (the phrase "mugwump jism" somehow has still stayed with me). David Cronenberg did that and he has done some wild stuff in his career, "Videodrome" was another weird-ass movie of his.

Listening to Next in Line, and I just had to create an account to post this:

Hi everybody!

and you are the winner!! Jacob's Ladder is the most intense mindfuck of all time..the ending ..shit I won't ruin it if someone here hasn't seen it but you should all see it at some point.

Eraserhead is, by far, the most mindfuckiest movie I've seen. The simple reason to my choice relates to HOW NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THE FUCK IT'S REALLY ABOUT! The obvious relationship troubles are in there, but seriously... There's so much weird shit in there, it's best to not even think about it.

Jacob's Ladder
memento
Donnie Darko
Fight Club
The Machinist
Requeim for a Dream

All of those make my list.

I'll also add
Brazil
12 Monkeys

I'm sure there are a few more as well, perhaps The Stunt Man

Oh i love Dark City and 12 Monkeys!
I did not love Donnie Darko. It was ok and the concept was pretty cool but i wasnt a big fan of the film itself.

I saw Jacob's Ladder when i was kinda young. Too young to understand what was going on. ( i think i was about 11 or so.) I havent seen it since.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

the movie is a mindfuck for sure, but seeing Jim Carey in a serious role is a good mindfuck too.
