Best movie of 2009?

I'm a huge dragonball fan, and i can tell you right now this movie is gonna be the biggest failure since the animated zelda series.

except that a good 70% of each episode was comprised of two people staring each other down, breathing hard, about to battle, but never quite getting there. cut all that crap out and you've got your 2 hour movie!

Dragon Ball is so awful it actually boggles the mind that enough people like it to warrant the production of a live action film. I can't even come up with words strong enough to express my loathing for that franchise. It is the epitome of all that is bad in Anime.
