Not just because I am on this forum but the Opeth/Nevermore show has to be my favorite show of this entire year. Tool would have to be the closest second. I'm curious to see what other people say was their "show of the year".

i would have to say the concert that happened last night which was the Morbid Angel, Zyklon show. If not that then maybe the Nile, COF show or maybe the Pantera, Slayer, Morbid Angel one.

What are you talking about? what do you mean their attitude is starting to bother you?

care to further explain. What things did Opeth say. What things did your friend say about what they do on tour. ive seen them like 3 times and nothings bothered me. further express what your talking about please.

IF i most
Mikael say they treated them like shit. My friends said they acted like rockstars. I cannot be shure of those things but i dislike the fact that they open for Pantera. Is just too weird they can be too weird

Misanthrope let me correct you. I dont think they act like rockstars at all. and mikael loves morbid so i dont know what your talking about. Last night after they put on a great show they were outside their tour bus talking to us. It was great. they are so fuckin nice man. they signed autographs and all. so im just correcting you man :). what you said is wrong.

ugh... its so hard to decide....

there was opeth..... lacuna coil / moonspell....... morbid angel / pantera..........morbid angel / pantera / slayer.......... dimmu borgir..... its hard to decide....... i'd say its a toss up between dimmu / lacuna / opeth --- dimmu!

It's between Slayer, Tool/Fantomas, and Tori Amos for me. I'd probably have to say Tool although the atmosphere at the Slayer and Tori Amos concerts were equally amazing in their own completely different ways.

Progpower 2.0, even though I wasn't there. That lineup was a prog metaller's wet dream, and I repeatedly cursed my inability to make the trip to Atlanta, and the promoters for scheduling it there. Besides that, Opeth/Nevermore/Angel Dust/October Thorns in Brooklyn this May.

the best show/concert of the year for me would have to be Opeth with nevermore. This show was incredible!
The last show I saw before the Opeth Concert was Cynic with Cannibal
corpse at Berkely square(1994). that was another incredible concert!
