I like the Neonism best, the combination of the lyrics+music is awesome.
Too bad I haven't The Linear Scaffold on original CD, so i don't know the lyrics, maybe I'd rather liked it better.

one of the best albums ever recorded,lyrics,songs,everything unbelievable(only production not so good,sunlight sucks)
the linear scaffold is more black metal like but also a masterpiece,the best black metal cd ever(for me neonism is not so much black metal,its out of all categories)
pills.. is the simplest solefald album but also great,its more rock but and not so hard but very good
does anybody knows the book "elementarpieces"(les particules elementaires original title)by michel houllebecq?
the story is about 2 brothers,one addicted to sex and wanking all his live,searching his fate in orgasm
and the other a scientist,living without any interests in a sexual live and trys to create the asexual human being
very similiar to pornographer chain and philosopher fuck
it seems cornelius and lazare had been inspirated by this book
for pills..
lazare ,cany ou tell us something about these idea of mine?
are there some inspiration by houllebecq?
the persons of the book and pills are too similiar to be a coincidence

I've only got Pills...
Judging from the current results, the other two albums must be damn good, since I already think of Pills as a masterpiece. I love it when bands experiment a lot...so I need to get Neonism. I wish Avantgarde Records would have a better distribution, it's one of the best labels out there, but sadly most of the bands aren't quite for the masses...
BTW: If the (old) news from the Solefald homepage are true, the new album already exists. I haven't heard anything about it though.

ok, I didn't order it when I wrote the last post, but I ordered it this week and today the album arrived...what can I say???!!! It's one of the best fucken albums ever!!!!!"$§"?/ I mean I listen to TONS of bands, most oft them are regarded as the best and totally elite and I've got dozens of albums that are considered "the best ever", but Neonism belongs to the absolute top!!!! WOW! Now I only need to find The Linear Scaffold somehow...

"Neonism" is my fav. for the moment. But when I started listening to Solefald it was "Pills..." I first came across. So It has got a certain spot in my heart too. And nothing is wrong with "Pills...". It's a killer too!

Weeks ago a saw it in www.irerecords.com it cost $10, but now the page is under re-construction since july, maybe you can send an email an ask if they have it yet

as I hear rumors ,avantgarde will make a rerelease of the linear scaffold end of this year or sometimes next time.
it will include a non albumtrack of neonism and perhaps some remixes of the never happend remixalbum of solefald
if this will be out I will buy it again!!
( I must check out this board more often it seems..)
