It's totally the opposite. You're killing brain cells by smoking weed. That's not good for your mental health.
Marijuana doesn't KILL brain cells. That's one of the biggest misconceptions there is. It does CHANGE the chemical structure in your brain, but not permanently - assuming you're an adult and your prefrontal cortex has finished developing.
I know some people who have bad reactions when they smoke weed (panic attacks, paranoia, etc.) though I never have. Not like alcohol which makes me act stupid and wake up with a headache forgetting what I did the night before. Or do this at the end of the night uke:
The only thing I don't like about smoking is that it makes me lazy. So I don't do it that often anymore.
