best way to send tracks to label?

Well good news i guess, a Label wants to pickup a band I recorded..... but they wanna do some mix changes and master it themselves.

So question is,

I have this project on Reaper and its 26gbs big. And being I'm sure this label will be running protools.... whats gonna be the best way to get this to them so they can mess with the mix???

They can't really "mess with the mix" unless they have all the same plugins as you and are running the same DAW... They are pretty much stuck with either mixing from scratch or keeping your mix, unless they want to discuss the specific details of exactly what plugins to print on each track. I would just consolidate all the dry tracks and send them that way.

whats the best way to "consolidate" everything in Reaper to send to a protools house?? and how the hell am I gonna send if the project is 20+ gigs?

File>Consolidate

Put it on an external drive and mail it.
