Need some help converting protools files

Hey fellas, I have a band that wants me to see if i can make their album "Sound Better". Problem is im a Nuendo user and the album was tracked on a ProTools rig so all the project files are ptf's i was wondering how i can get the project converted. Would i need to have someone running protools, open the projects and export them out as OMF? Or is their another way?

consolidate is were the tracks all start and end at the same point correct?

just make sure you write down tempo and or tempo changes if you intend to use time based FX (delays, etc) in your mix.
