What sites do you all use to order albums or buy merch? Often times I'll use a specific bands record label, but I know there are a lot of sites that compile stuff by various bands. Just trying to find the best out there.

CMDistro is what I use most frequently on account of their wide range of stuff. After all, I generally don't aim to buy just one or two things, but rather, a decent sized haul to optimize the shipping costs.

CMDistro have a clearance section which can be fun to browse through. You can pick up some gems for extremely low prices if you're patient.

To be honest I always check amazon. It's usually cheapest to get it used there.

I do indeed like brutal death. I've ordered through Severed once, for Putrid Pile's new CD and DVD. When I put the order through, I got a friendly confirmation email from them that the order will be shipped right out. And it was. I'll order through them again for sure. I've used CM Distro too and they are pretty good. And of course Amazon. I'll have to check out Comatose.

I've ordered through Brutal Bands a few times and they are usually really good. A recent order (that I'm still waiting for) is taking a while for some reason. I put it through on November 11th, and still haven't got it, let alone an "order shipped" email. And I've emailed them 4 times now with no response....I don't know what the fuck is up with them. I'm starting to get pissed. I need to make a list of these sites for a quick reference.

I just sent another email to Brutal Bands (which I'm sure I won't get a response to) saying I want a refund of my money. I'm probably out 30 bucks....

I'm not using them anymore, fuck 'em. I just ordered from Sevared what I originally ordered from Brutal Bands. I'm sure I'll get better customer service. I've been looking at Brutal Bands' forum and there are a few people with the same issue, including people who have gotten their order, but have items missing. On one of the posts, Scott (the owner) finally responded saying he was "out of town for the holiday weekend"....what the fuck? You have a business to run....you can't just leave it. Plus, don't they have internet where you go? I'm just venting here but shitty customer service pisses me off. How fucking hard it it to have decent customer service?!

I've never had an issue with Brutal Bands. Necroharmonic on the other hand... been waiting years for some pre-orders i placed (Gorement & Crematory LPs).

Prior to this, I never had issues with them either. In fact, I was really happy with their customer service. This time though...fuck. It's like the owner and anyone who might work for him dropped off the face o
f the earth....but they took my money of course.

Anybody know some good sites for buying tab books? All they ever have at guitar shops is the usual Metallica, Iron Maiden, etc. I'd love to find some tab books for death metal bands, etc.
