I've used the 91 live a good bit but am thinking about picking one up for studio stuff. Any experience?
kick-wise I already have a 602, re20, and access to a D6.
Thoughts?

If you already have access to a D6 then I would be inclined to work with that more and possibly buy your own. Mine arrived yesterday and Im really happy with it. I have used the beta 91 in the studio and live work and i find it is great on live stuff but the Audix is better in the studio.

Beta 91 is cool but I prefer the SM 91, which is the old version, with the old transformer.
The SM 91 has more roundness to it, and is way easier to mix than the Beta. Couple a SM 91 with a D112 or Beta 52, and it will sound very good. The Beta is too clicky, and has awful low meds to me.
Never tried the D6, but should do the work very good.
