I'm getting all these 'american' terms from Sesame Street. ha ha. I never used to understand all the strange terms that they used, but now i understand.

ha ha. how sad am i, i remember sesame street.

I remember one skit when Kermit was in the tub taking a bubble bath, singing about his rubber ducky, then some other muppet popped out of the water and started singing (what he was doing under wader while Kermit was sitting in the tub I can only imagine). ...That show made me what I am today.

NO ONE is Florida calls it pop, I grew up in Kansas City, I tend to call it pop if I mean carbonated drinks in general, but if I want a specific drink i'll say "Have any rootbeer?" I stopped saying pop in Florida because I get weird looks, but I still think of it as pop, I refuse to say "Soda" (What everyone calls it here )

"Pop" is what Midwesterners call it. Just ask Soul4Raziel.

I call it "soda." I hated much about my year in Wisconsin, and the way they all said "pop" ("paaaaaaaaaaaap") nearly drove me over the edge.

I almost forgot to answer the question.

I generally drink diet sodas/pop. I love Mountain Dew: Code red. I really love anything with a ton of caffine in it. They used to sell this soda called Surge here in NY, but they stopped distributing them. Too bad 'cause I loved that soda.

Of course to really quench your deep down thirst, nothing beats human blood. Mmmmm, yum.

They stopped distrubuting surge? I remember when it first came out and the commercials made it seem like it had SOOO much caffeine, but cherry coke had more than surge

I always wanted to try one of those mega-caffine sodas. My brother told me Jolt cola really exists. I'd be so hooked on something like that if I could find it.

hm, down here its called 'soft drink'...

i used to drink lots of it, then i stopped....

and THEN i realised how horrible it really is.. its just like take-away, its only nice until you stop eating for a while, and then your taste buds grow back and you're cured and you dont have to support stupid huge companies.

its all fruit juice and water and beer for me!
