Beyond the Embrace

I don't know many people who know about this band (let alone listen to them). Anyone here like this band?

I saw them when they opened before Trivium and Iced Earth back in 2004 and was thoroughly impressed. Insect Song has a huge metalcore influence, but Against the Elements is straight melodeath that reminds me of Colony-era In Flames.

I just listened to both albums. I never get bored listening to their albums no matter how many times I give them a spin.

Apparently they are in the studio recording their third album now. Hopefully they go back to doing melodeath...

I saw them live at a really, really small club back in 2005. I had never heard them before but they put on a really good show.
