hey guys this is my first thread and I recently got the Evil Joe Barresi Drum pack for BFD 2.0 and I am pretty blown away by his drums. The kicks are pretty mean, snares are clean, toms are ungodly dark (low tuned perfect for metal), and the cymbals sound great. Check out the two versions I put up with drums only and then with a full mix of guitars/bass in with the drums.

Guitars - Randall Rm100 with Rectifier module/avatar 4*12 cab with v30's
Bass-DI with sansamp plug in from Pro tools 8
Lead Guitar-Amplitube with rectifier setting and tube screamer
Drums- using some Waves SSL and using the free Bricasti M7 impulses for verb

Drums Only

i think this should be in the rate my mix section?
from listening on the laptop speakers, i do quite like the cymbals but the rest of the drums im not a big fan off especially that snare drum, sorry dude

I like the snares & kicks. Most of the cymbals aren't that good in my opinion. Some of the toms are ok but not great. Depends what you're using them for really. But the cymbals are the weakest point. Kicks & snares are great.

so the cymbals are bfd as well? cause i really am digging them, not big on kick, but snare sounds cool, could see it being used for certain things

overall i think the kit suits the music perfectly

and nice track name hahaha

Entirely BFD2. Some of it is Evil Joe's pack, some of it is the Jim Scott pack.
