They don't seem to think people don't have to invite them into the home, more than occasionally in some areas. As for the other three bits, I still see starving people (and cab services) on whom they could be spending the money for those pamphlets they throw at you whether you want them or not. Nice people, maybe, but if someone can't understand basic logic and reason even when it doesn't contradict their cult they shouldn't even try to 'help' that way because it'll just be too easy for them to do more damage.

woah appearently i should not have expresed any love for jehovas lol but really there are assholes and jerk offs in any group of people. maybe most jehovas are ignorant, but the family that i knew were very nice people. my parents are very liberal and have some cool ideas, and they were open to disscuss this kinda shit as well.

My mother is friends with this crazy, CRAZY bitch (not even exaggerating, she is like a schizoid) who is Jehova and let her daughter die because she wouldn't let her have a blood transfusion to save her life. Her other children are obviously afraid of her and do not question god, or else they get "punished".

You've got to understand something....once a person has accepted logic and rationality as a means of understanding and explaining things, it can be very frustrating to have to deal with people who absolutely cannot do that and who in fact base their entire philosophy on fervently ignoring it.
Now, most people that I know don't exactly operate on logically sound principles, but they also don't go door to door to enthusiastically prove it to everybody, and thus I don't really get too worked up about it.

'Nice people' is one thing, but without competence it's all lost. They might as well be astrologers for homeless people, or spend their money on sending homeopathic treatments to starving kids in Africa.

no doubt that the panflets are a waste of money haha. but the point im trying to make is that everyone is entitled to an opinion whether you agree or not, its there money and they can spend it how they want. look at all the garbage mcdonalds and other food companies put out. think of how many big mac roaches (when its almost pooched) are thrown out every day. jehovas certainly are a peice of work, but they are humans like everyone else.
