Biff on Totalrock

Only got online at 12.30pm.

Heard "Attilla the Hun" from the new album, its a goodie and most definitely Saxon.

Then he played Witchfinder General.

A new Rose Tattoo song and a Master plan tune

Still listening will update more later
 
Ok the shows just finished with Biff playing "PAINKILLER" awesome possibly my favourite Priest track. :headbang:

The film crew were in with him at Total Rock
He re-iterated its a FULL PRODUCTION show at Sheffield inc. THE EAGLE !

Played two version of the new single "If I was You" (although he couldn't remember the title :lol: ) the album version and one re-worked version by a production co. They were given three tracks off the new album to select one for a single. (As part of the documentary) Personally although there was not masses of difference I preferred the album version.

All in all NICE ONE BIFF apart from the Saxon stuff he played some great tunes ROLL ON FEB ! :kickass:
 
Yeah that was cool.The new Rose Tattoo song was rocking.The new Saxon single was great,i prefered the single version although like Biff said there aint a lot in it.I had to laugh after this forums chat about Led Zep(Champs or chumps) he kicked the show ofrf with the mighty Zep.

I agree about the Rose Tattoo tune mate, missed the start (but like you say funny he played the chumps :lol: ), literally tuned in and he played "Atilla the Hun" :headbang:
 
For some reason, Paxoman thought it was on Planet Rock, and set the timer to tape it. It's only because I'm off work that I read this thread and realised his mistake :( I did tune in just in time to hear Witchfinder General, but didn't listen to the rest, as we will listen to the repeat of the show on the 7th instead :headbang:

I spent too long looking for it on Sky this morning hence I missed the start !:cry:
 
The first song he introduced, and where Biff said: I like this song! really great that was the same first song that did impress me in 2006.. Forgot the artists name.. well maybe in the repeat-show.. I couldnt listen the entire show, Atilla the Hun sounded great! Nice that part from the cathedral stuf... yes that really is impressive how the built it in such a short time... yes just like prehistoric buildings like stonehenge and in my country "the hunebedden" from the neolithic past (? or even before that?))(how did they built it, such stones with weight of more than 20000 kg??!!)

Fantastic pictures mate.If your into that kina stuff go to Julian Cope Presents Head Heritage .Julian Cope has written the most comprehensive book of U.K. prehistoric sites i have ever seen.He has also written one about European sites although i have not read this one i know he visited every site that he wrote about.France,Sardinia,Denmark,Spain,Germany,etc which is some fucking task.He also has fantasic taste in music(IMO).

Yeah for some reason I thought it was on Planetrock, so set the video to tape Planetrock for an hour. Nevermind, as Sammi said, we can listen to the repeat on Sunday.

Fingers - Totalrock isn't on Sky anymore (don't even think it is on digital radio anymore either), so I'm assuming the only way to listen to it is via the Internet? Is there anyway of taping radio shows from the Internet? It would be good to hear the show a few times, especially the new songs, to get to know them before the 26th Jan gig. If anyone has done this, and can send it to me via a file download that would be great.
 
In the programm, Biff can be very funny..He said somewhere :" the album will be released at the end of february, or in the beginning of march.. but end of february is in fact the same as the beginning of march"I mean that is what makes me smile, this logical humor!
 
i missed the show but hope to catch the repeat if i can get the pc speackers working, apart from being good can someone tell me please what the new saxon songs like that were played on the show i.e uptempo, midtempo, or anything else about the songs cheers:worship:
