Thanks to Biff.It's been long overdue.Please,if possible,post an update at least every 3 months Biff!!The fans need to hear from the band once in awhile.Happy holidays to Biff,Paul,Nibbs,Doug,Fritz,and their families!!!!!!
Well i am right there beside the band, thats all of them Biff, paul, Doug, Nibbs and Fritz...and the sentiments are those that i hope i have expressed in the various forums and arguments...overall it is the real fans that count and it is our voices that should make the decision not some judge who has no idea or some promoter who basically is in it for the money....without us,the fans, no band has any chance to succeed anyhow.

I was personally very happy to read that Biff checks these messages and cares about what we think. Of course we'd all like messages more frequently, but that doesn't make his note any less welcome.
It was very cool indeed and seemed to sum up what many of us have said here.

same here i agree with peter day it should be up to the fans to decide which band gets the saxon name and not some guy sat in a court wearing a funny wig. And yeah biffs saxon should get it that is the real saxon allways has been allways will be all us true saxon fans no it apart from olive oil and doppy dawson. come on biff MAKE EM ROCK.

It was good to read Biff's message. (Some might say it is about bloody time he wrote something on here!). I thought he summed things up very well. As he said (and others have said on this site), you can't have two Saxons. Biff and Paul kept the lineage of Saxon going, so O/D can't suddenly start up a new Saxon. Saxon have never stopped being Saxon, so who are O/D to think that they can call themselves Saxon?
It really was a joke judgement to allow O/D to use the name Saxon. And one that must be overturned.

there may be a way that we can help get this overturned you know, all that we can do is start a petition off at www.petitiononline.com and get shedloads to sign it then send it to the relevant person and see what happens, you never know, fan power and all that...

O/D acted like cowards when they registred the name Saxon without even telling the real members.
And that petition... This is to Biff: Give every fan at every coming concert with Saxon an issue or similar, there they can sign their name to show their support.

It would be easier I agree but it would be less trouble to do an online one AND you could sign it multiple times under alias's too, plus the whole thing would go off in one go, a written one would take a bit longer I think.
