Just wanna say, the band have released the album of the year in my book. Absolutely a stunning piece of work all round.

As for the website, does anyone else think this is a REAL pain ? It takes ages to load, even on broadband2. This may be because of where I am, but still, to go to the site and have it DOWNLOAD every single time you visit can't be right can it ? I realise this is a flash-based application of sorts and the design is really quite good, but this reloading over and over thing really must be sorted. I hate to think what it would be like for people on dial up! The caching doesn't seem to save either in Firefox or IE, it downloads over again. OUCH! Having to go to other sites for info on the band is not a good way for new fans, like me! How about a nice html based backup for the less patient fans ?

Thanks for the astounding music! You've blown me (and my friends) away!

It doesnt take more than a couple of seconds to load for me but I'm on a 2 meg connection, I can see how it would be very frustrating though...
Mind you, in my opinion its one of the coolest looking websites out there!
A good suggestion nonetheless...

it doesn't download every visit for you? maybe its just me!

No it does download everytime for me, its just very quick.
As I say I'm on a better than average Broadband connection so that'll be why, still, unless your on download (which hardly anyone is these days) I can't imagine it being all that slow...

I'm on adsl2 averaging at about 450kbps, but this site comes in at about 50kbps and the mp3 download at about 5kbps and then times out. I would say its my location, being Australia - the fact that it doesn't cache at all is what annoys me the most. Its a choice of "go there once, read the stuff, never go again" not good to find out about the latest news of your new favourite band!!! Flash sites suck hard...HARD !!!!

Hi there and welcome to the board

Glad you like the album :headbang:

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the website. To be honest this is the first time we have had a complaint. It loads fast enough in any computer I tried it on and also the flash file is usually saved on my hard drive so it opens straight away unless I refresh my cookies.
About the mp3 download 'time out' situation I'll have to check with the webmaster. Maybe there is something to do with the provider.
Since you have these kind of problems best thing would be to subscribe to the news letter were you get news once a month or alternatively check this board as news and latest photos are posted here all the time.

I think there will be an html site on MySpace soon but I am not sure when it will be on line. Will post when here.
Unfortunately I can't see a Biomechanical HTML site in the near future. It's too much work to maintain the two sites at the moment.

Thanks for letting us know of the problem and will let you know about the MySpace site as soon as it's up and running

Cheers :)

Ah ha! That may be the problem! I have many spyware progs that delete cookies constantly. Didn't know they deleted them from firefox as well as IE. Will subscribe to the newsletter forthwith and perhaps save the entire site with one of those flashsaver proggies :tickled:

:worship: I bow down to thy brainiac metal god!

Hope it works :D

Yeh good luck with that. You should probably try and get rid of that Spyware as well, try using Spybot S&D (Spybot S&D download) if you don't already, that does the trick with most things.

It's a great site if you can get it to work!
