How about Mutilation Rites? I think they are one of the most underrated bm bands around... their newest album is actually about to come out, you can listen to it on pitchfork (middle of the page), I strongly suggest you check them out!

I strongly recommend Martolea, a black metal band from Romania.
It's a one-man band made by a former member of Negura Bunget.
It's got 2 albums already and i think it's one of the best bands I've ever listened to.

Probably some of the most evil sounding bands ever. I heard that the singer recently committed suicide, but not sure. Had the opportunity to see them live At the Gathering of Shadows festival. Very possessing cold atmosphere!!
