Sahg, incase you haven't heard them already. They have a bit of that stoner feel. Also, the vocalist sounds quite a bit like Ozzy [but in a good way].

Sleep's Holy Mountain by Sleep massively rips off Master of Reality, and is pretty decent. Some of the songs sound like "Into the Void Pt 2" practically.
