Blackened Post Metal?

Is this even a genre? =P

Overall I really enjoy the more droning, heavy riffage of a lot of post metal, but I also really dig the dark vibe of (generally the more melodic/folky) black metal. Is there anything that might fit the bill? Wolves in the Throne Room are the closest example I could think of, though they're a little more ambient than what I'm looking for.

I'd also suggest Black Lotus.

Agalloch seem like something up your alley(if you have not already heard them, I would consider them more rock than metal, but they have a darker atmosphere and folk elements along with some more heavier doomier type riffs(specifically on Ashes Against The Grain), the guitar sound is pretty huge and warm on that album. one of my favorite albums over recent years

Velnias is sort of blackened folk doom with a little post metal-ishness.
