Had a little search with the custom Sneap search but couldn't find much at all on this, so apologies if it's already been discussed.
Has anybody had any experience with DI recording with the Blackstar 'valve' pedals' speaker emulation output? Or alternatively straight in without the emulation and using custom impulses? I've seen a couple of people recommend that you can get 'better' tones than with amp sims - obviously this is a subjective thing, but I'm curious to check it out. I'll probably pick up the HT Dual if the consensus is an even vaguely positive one.
