The release date of the BLEEDING album "Behind Transparent Walls" on vinyl is April 24th, 2015. The limited vinyl edition consists 300 pieces (red) and printed insert. The preorder phase will start on April 10th, 2015 in our webshop.

With “Behind Transparent Walls” fans of sophisticated, progressive metal will be experiencing an absolute joy spree! A perfect album in all details!

We are proud to present our brand new signing to our sublabel Pure Prog Records. BLEEDING are coming from northern Germany and were formed in 2011.

After a self-released EP in 2012 the band now recorded their first studio album which will not disappoint any fan of prog metal heroes from the early 90s. Inspired by bands like Psychotic Waltz, Secrecy, Sieges Even and Depressive Age, the quintet is mixing quiet, atmospheric parts with heavy thrash attacks. Here the melodic, clean vocals of Haye Graf are hitting fat guitar riffs. A modern, powerful production rounds up the progressive, sophisticated songwriting. All eight songs are featuring profound arrangements, heavy parts are mixing up with spherical parts. Finally the album got an absolutely appropriate and transparent, crystal-clear sound and an atmospheric cover artwork.

After the CD release in March follows the album "Behind Transparent Walls" in a limited edition of 300 red copies on vinyl.

Now there are nine new tunes that can easily achieve the level of such crazy songs like “Madness” or complex epics like “Humanoluminiscence”. The songwriting skills and musicianship have reached new heights, you would not expect from a non full time band. Though you never know, if you might get riddled by a thrash riff or get caught in an atmospheric interlude the next second, the band will never lose itself in egocentric instrumental show offs. Instead, intelligent and song orientated arrangements hold all the cards, while being completed by the intense lyrics. Fear and emotions, rising from daily issues, are also covered besides religion and the greed for scientific knowledge. Live-Experience was gained while playing with scene’s veterans Kenn Nardi (Anacrusis) and Psychotic Waltz.
