Ok, I'll make this as short and simple as possible. Basically I have Addictive Drums running multi-out in Ableton Live. The hardware I have is a nanoPad (USB) and a Pintech Electronic Kick Drum Trigger. I connect the Kick Drum Trigger through my M-Audio Fast Track. I basically want to blend both into one channel...only problem is my one channel can only be MIDI or Audio. So it looks like I'll have to make an audio track for the Kick Drum and send it to the MIDI input on the drum track.
Of course, I can't send Audio to MIDI without a translator...so can anyone recommend a lightweight and free monophonic audio-to-MIDI converter VST? If there is a different way to do this then feel free to explain. Thanks guys
