Does anybody else's Blood Fire Death sound very staticy in some places? I can't figure out if it's just the nature of the recording or if my CD is just fucked up.

Get used to the static if you ever plan on becoming a fan of true black metal.

No the production isn't raw like Transylvanian Hunger or Nattens Madrigal it sounds like there's really something wrong with the CD. For the last few tracks every time a symbol crashes there's this big buzzing noise through my speakers.

I tried it on my ipod stereo and a different CD player and it sounds the same. I'm guessing it's just the nature of the recording but it doesn't sound raw in an intentional way like it does for any other black metal (and no I'm not clueless about the genre or trolling like you probably think I am).

It's great other than the random static. A perfect example is at the beginning of For All Those Who Died which comes in with really staticy guitars and drums.

Eh, not a big deal in any case. You shouldve just asked this in another thread instead, at least if you dont want people to think you are trolling.

The original Black Mark CD release has the best sound quality in terms of CDs. The Kraze CD release less so, and the most recent Black Mark version is worse.

Yeah I got the one released under Kraze and some songs are really buzzy (especially Blood Fire Death).
