Blood Fire Death

I used to think so, but BFD overtakes it if only because of its sheer badassery. I didn't care for the opening track to Hammerheart, either.
 
One Rode to Asa Bay is not only the best song on that album, but is a contender for best song ever.

Shores in Flames is not far behind it, however.
 
I know this is really off-topic but does anybody else notice that The Golden Walls Of Heaven sounds a lot like Hell Awaits and Pace 'Till Death sounds a lot like Pleasure To Kill?
 
Blood on Ice is such a killer album... my #3 fav after Hammerheart and BFD for sure

I haven't heard the first 3 too many times though, I need to get those!
