And, what about a new Opeth, I'd heard something about a double disc being released sometime this year, is this true?

The only release news provided by Century Media about the BLOODBATH release is that it will be sometime later this year. Way too vague..

Try asking on the Dan Swano forum, Dan has been mixing it for what seems like ages, and seeing as how he's now recording the new Nightingale, I assume he's finished with it

The "release date" info on both of these has been very vague indeed. "Late fall...later this year...early next year." Let's just say, within a year we'll all be happy campers.
