Really happy with how this album has come out! I'm also blown away by all of the positive responses so far from Peter's fans, in a very short period of time. He's built quite a following!

Fellow producer geeks - keep in mind that Peter uploaded mp3 bounces to YouTube, so obviously the audio quality is nowhere near what the CD will be. Hopefully that will inspire fans to support one of the hardest working musicians I know by actually purchasing the CD!

Well, a lot of that thanks has to go to you dude for the tremendous drum programming as well as all the hard work you put into this album. Nothing but positive feedback (minus people not liking my different vocal approach) and I think once people hear the actual album when released it will continue to receive great reviews.

I worked with Shane (Kazrog) on my last album, tracking everything in my apartment, FTPing all the tracks to him for mixing and that album turned out great. This time I tracked everything at The Basement Studios (Between the Buried and Me, Through The Eyes of The Dead) and the tracking was SO much easier and this albums sounds a lot tighter. Shane and I met through the Sneap board and things have been going great since!!!

Came out pretty good guys! Shane, what guitar chain did you guys end up going with?

Not too sure what Shane did but I used my Christian Olde Wolbers Signature 6-String Jackson with a EMG-85. I sent the DI tracks to Shane and then.........................(Shane?)

If you have a way to stream the 3 songs in full resolution feel free to post them as streaming...

Softube CL1B -> LePou LeGion -> Recabinet 3 -> Waves C4.

For these DI tracks, LePou's tube modeling actually beat out my ENGL e530 and Peavey Rockmaster, quite amazingly. With Peter's choice of Dunlop Jazz III picks making for a softer attack than I'm used to, it was challenging to get enough bite out of the preamps even with a TS in front (and I've got a Keeley Modded TS808 reissue, Maxon OD 808, and OD 820 at my disposal.) It's the first time I've been happiest with 100% ITB guitars for a final release, and I found that Softube's CL1B made for a really nice booster in front, more transparent yet vibey than any other option I tried with these DIs.

this! i'm so looking forward to your show man....and DF in general, fuck yeah ;)

Yeah, the death feast is doing to be a great time. So many food band and a ton of death metal fans. This will only be my second time playing in Germany and I am expecting this to be huge.
